REFUND/RETURN POLICY
At House of Butter Co, we take pride in delivering high-quality, timeless pieces designed to elevate your everyday look.
Due to the nature of our products, all earrings, belly rings, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and promotional reasons.
For all other items, we offer store credit or exchanges only within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free from damage, marks, or signs of wear
- Returned in original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at houseofbutterco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
House of Butter Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
